This site is operated by ROT8 STUDIO. We treat personal data on a GDPR-aligned basis by default, and we can keep your data in the EU or your own jurisdiction if you need us to.
Application data sits in our application infrastructure with access scoped to the founding team and the lead reviewing your submission.
We don't sell, rent, or share applicant or visitor data.
Client data and code live on infrastructure agreed in the engagement contract — typically your AWS/GCP/Vercel account, not ours. You own everything from day one.
We sign DPAs (data processing agreements) by default for engagements where we touch personal data.
