What you can rely on today:
- We're a European company and GDPR-native by default.
- Application data sits in our application infrastructure with access scoped to the founding team and the lead reviewing your submission.
- We don't sell, rent, or share applicant or visitor data.
- Client data and code live on infrastructure agreed in the engagement contract — typically your AWS/GCP/Vercel account, not ours.
- We sign DPAs (data processing agreements) by default for engagements where we touch personal data.
