How we work
Global collective. Distributed team.
We work globally and async by default. Every engagement has a daily overlap window with your hours — we'll set it in kickoff and hold to it — and you get an immediate sync call whenever something needs one instead of waiting for a standing meeting.
If you need your data and code to stay in a specific jurisdiction — the EU, the US, wherever you operate — we can do that. It's a capability, not a constraint we impose.
What we're not
Staying small is the point.
