We say no to roughly two of every three applications. We don't take on brand campaigns, marketing-only sites, ad creative, equity-only deals, or pure offshore augmentation.

## Where we work

European boutique, distributed across Western and Central Europe. Primary working hours CET / CEST. Overlap with US Eastern morning and Western afternoon. GDPR-native — client data lives on infrastructure agreed in the engagement contract, not on rot8 infrastructure.
